* Higher limits
* Priority support
* Custom configuration

**Use Cases:**

* Enterprise organizations

* Messages sent via proxy
* Connection success rate
* Latency metrics
* Error rates

### Region Performance

Monitor each region's performance:

* Success rates
* Average latency
* Error breakdown
* Recommended regions

## Best Practices

### Proxy Selection

1. **Start with Shared**: Test with shared proxy first
2. **Monitor Performance**: Track success rates
3. **Upgrade as Needed**: Move to dedicated for better control

### Enterprise Organizations

1. **Request Dedicated**: Contact sales for dedicated IP
2. **Configure Properly**: Set up with IT support
3. **Monitor Closely**: Track IP reputation

### Troubleshooting

#### Connection Issues

If proxy connection fails:

1. Check region availability
2. Verify credentials
3. Try different region
4. Contact support

#### Performance Issues

If experiencing slow performance:

1. Try different region
2. Check usage limits
3. Consider dedicated proxy
4. Monitor error rates

## Limits and Pricing

### Shared Proxy Limits

Included with all plans:

* Message limits apply
* Region selection limited
* No guaranteed throughput

### Dedicated Proxy (Enterprise)

Additional cost:

* Custom pricing based on organization
* Includes dedicated IP
* Priority support
* Higher limits available

## Security Considerations

### Privacy

* Proxy hides your actual IP
* Telegram sees proxy IP
* Adds layer of anonymity

### Authentication

Enterprise proxies may require:

* Username/password
* API keys
* Certificate authentication

### Compliance

* Maintain records of proxy usage
* Document IP assignments
* Regular audits recommended

## Integration with Rate Limiting

Proxies work with rate limiting:

* Per-account limits still apply
* Proxy doesn't bypass rate limits
* Additional layer of protection

## FAQ

### Can I use my own proxy?

Currently, we provide managed proxies only. Custom proxy support is on the roadmap.

### How do I know if I need dedicated proxy?

Consider dedicated proxy if:

* You need full IP control
* You're on enterprise plan
* You have high volume needs
* IP reputation is critical

### What happens if proxy region is down?

System automatically:

* Shows region as unavailable
* Suggests alternative regions
* May fall back to no proxy

### Can I change proxy region?

Yes, you can:

1. Go to account settings
2. Disable current proxy
3. Select new region
4. Enable proxy

Changes take effect on next connection.
