# Organization reports

# Organization Reports

Organization Reports provide comprehensive analytics for team performance and campaign effectiveness.

## Overview

Reports is an admin-only module that aggregates data across your entire organization, enabling team performance analysis and strategic planning.

## Access Requirements

* Admin or Owner role required
* Organization context must be set
* Select organization in header

## Report Types

### KPI Overview

Four main KPIs displayed:

| KPI             | Description                                  |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| Total Leads     | All leads in organization database           |
| Contacted Leads | Leads reached at least once                  |
| Reply Rate      | Percentage of contacted leads that responded |
| Pipeline Deals  | Deals in CRM pipeline                        |

### Velocity Trend

Track message activity over time:

* Messages sent daily
* Messages delivered
* Messages replied
* Trend analysis

### Employee Performance

Compare team member performance:

| Messages Sent | Total outbound messages |
| Responses     | Total replies received  |
| Response Rate | Reply percentage        |
| Deals Created | Deals generated         |

### Reply Rate Analysis

Employee response rate comparison:

* Individual reply rates

* Performance ranking

### Best Contact Hours

Heatmap showing optimal contact times:

* 24-hour view
* Response concentration
* Best times highlighted
* Timezone aware

### Campaign Performance

Top performing campaigns:

## Filtering Options

### Period Selection

Select time range:

* Last 7 days
* Last 14 days
* Last 30 days
* Last 90 days
* All Time
* Custom date range

### Employee Filter

Filter reports by employee:

* All employees
* Specific employee
* Multiple employees

## Export

### PDF Export

Export reports for stakeholders:

1. Click **Export PDF**
2. Browser print dialog opens
3. Save as PDF
4. Share with team

## Real-time Data

### Auto-refresh

Reports update automatically:

* Data refreshes on page load
* Manual refresh button available
* Cache updates every 5 minutes
