Phone Authentication Process

Step-by-Step Process

2. Enter your phone number
3. Format: Include country code with +
4. Example: +1234567890
5. Click “Send Code”

Step 2: Receive Verification Code

• Code is sent via Telegram (not SMS)
• Check your Telegram app
• Code is typically 5 digits
• Code expires after a few minutes

Step 3: Enter Verification Code

1. Enter the 5-digit code
2. Click “Verify Code”
3. If 2FA is enabled, proceed to password step
4. If no 2FA, authentication completes

Step 4: Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)

1. Enter your 2FA password
2. This is your Telegram 2FA password (not account password)
3. Click “Verify Password”
4. Authentication completes
