Learn how to create, edit, and manage companies in Reach.

Creating Companies

Manual Creation

To create a new company:
  1. Navigate to Companies in the sidebar
  2. Click the Add Company button
  3. Fill in the company details:
    • Name (required)
    • Domain
    • Website
    • Industry
    • Type (Prospect, Customer, Partner, Competitor)
    • Status (Active, Inactive, Archived)
  4. Click Save

Bulk Import

Import companies from CSV:
  1. Navigate to Companies
  2. Click Import button
  3. Upload CSV file
  4. Map columns to company fields
  5. Confirm import

Editing Companies

Quick Edit

To edit a company:
  1. Click on the company row in the table
  2. The company detail page opens
  3. Click Edit button in the sidebar
  4. Modify fields
  5. Click Save

Bulk Edit

To update multiple companies:
  1. Select companies using checkboxes
  2. Click Bulk Edit button
  3. Choose fields to update:
    • Status
    • Type
    • Industry
    • Company Size
  4. Confirm changes

Deleting Companies

Single Delete

  1. Click on the company to open detail view
  2. Click Delete button
  3. Confirm deletion

Bulk Delete

  1. Select companies using checkboxes
  2. Click Bulk Delete button
  3. Confirm deletion

Managing Leads

Linking Leads

To link leads to a company:
  1. Open company detail page
  2. Click Link Leads button in the right sidebar
  3. Search for leads to link
  4. Select leads
  5. Confirm linking

Viewing Linked Leads

The Company detail page shows all linked leads in the right sidebar:
  • Lead name and username
  • Lead status
  • Lead priority
  • Quick actions (view, edit, chat)

Logo Management

  1. Open company detail page
  2. Click on the logo area in the sidebar
  3. Upload image file
  4. Logo displays in table and detail view

Table Features

Sorting

Click column headers to sort:
  • Name (A-Z, Z-A)
  • Domain
  • Industry
  • Type
  • Status
  • Created Date

Filtering

Use the filter bar to narrow results:
  • Search by name, domain, industry
  • Filter by type
  • Filter by status
  • Filter by industry
  • Filter by company size

Column Customization

  • Resize columns
  • Reorder columns
  • Show/hide columns
  • Save column configurations

Saved Views

Create Saved View

  1. Configure filters and columns
  2. Click Save View
  3. Enter view name
  4. Save

Switch Views

Use the view dropdown to switch between saved views.

Export

Export companies to CSV:
  1. Apply desired filters
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose export format
  4. Download file
