Company Intelligence aggregates data from all linked leads to provide a comprehensive view of your business relationship with each company.

The Intelligence tab in the Company detail view provides aggregated metrics and insights about your interactions with the company. Company Intelligence

Contact Metrics

Team Interactions

Track interactions across your team:
  • Which team members have contacted leads at this company
  • Total conversations by team member
  • Activity timeline per team member

AI Storyline

Generating Storylines

The AI Storyline feature generates a summary of all interactions with the company:
  1. Navigate to Company Intelligence tab
  2. Click Generate Storyline
  3. AI analyzes all:
    • Messages sent
    • Responses received
    • Deal activities
    • Campaign participation
  4. Summary is generated

Version History

  • Each generation creates a new version
  • View previous versions
  • Compare versions
  • Delete old versions
Storyline History

Activity Timeline

The Activity tab shows a chronological timeline of all activities:

Activity Types

  • Lead Created: When leads were added
  • Message Sent: Outbound messages
  • Message Received: Inbound responses
  • Deal Created: When deals were created
  • Deal Updated: Stage or value changes
  • Campaign Activity: Campaign participation

Filtering Activities

  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by activity type
  • Search activities
  • Export activity log

Conversation Archive

The Conversations tab shows archived message history:
  • Messages from all linked leads
  • Conversation threads
  • Media shared
  • Timestamps

Company Health Score

Calculate company health based on:
  • Response rate trend
  • Deal conversion rate
  • Recent activity level
  • Engagement frequency

Integration with Leads

The Intelligence view aggregates data from all linked leads:
  1. Lead Aggregation: Combines metrics from all contacts
  2. Activity Merging: Merges activity timelines
  3. Deal Summing: Sums deal values and counts
  4. Unified View: Single view of company relationship
