Adding Leads
Manual Entry
Add leads one at a time:- Click “Add Lead” or “New Lead” button
- Fill in contact information:
- First Name (optional)
- Last Name (optional)
- Username (optional)
- Phone Number (required for Telegram)
- Country (optional)
- Language (optional)
- Set initial status and priority
- Add tags if needed
- Fill custom fields
- Click “Save”
At minimum, you need a phone number or username to contact a lead via Telegram.
CSV Import
Import multiple leads from a CSV file:- Click “Import Leads” or “Import CSV”
- Download the CSV template (optional)
- Prepare your CSV file with columns:
- first_name
- last_name
- username
- phone_number
- country
- language
- Custom field columns
- Upload the CSV file
- Map columns to lead fields
- Review imported leads
- Confirm import

From Campaigns
Leads are automatically added when:- They participate in campaigns
- They respond to campaign messages
- They interact with your Telegram account
Editing Leads
Basic Information
Update lead details:- Click on a lead to open details
- Click “Edit” button
- Modify fields:
- Name and contact information
- Status and priority
- Tags
- Custom fields
- Click “Save”
Bulk Edit
Edit multiple leads at once:- Select leads using checkboxes
- Click “Bulk Edit” or use bulk actions
- Choose fields to update:
- Status
- Priority
- Tags (add or remove)
- Custom fields
- Apply changes to selected leads
- Confirm bulk update
Bulk edit is useful for updating multiple leads with the same changes, such as adding tags or changing status.

- Tags are case-sensitive
- Use consistent naming

Changing Status

- Click “Delete” button

- Confirm deletion
- Selected leads are permanently removed

Troubleshooting
Cannot Edit Lead
