Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your central command center in Reach. It provides a comprehensive overview of your outreach operations, performance metrics, and key insights at a glance.

Key Sections

Overview Cards

The top section displays eight key metric cards:

Lead Metrics

  • Total Leads: Total number of leads in your system
  • Active Leads: Leads currently engaged in campaigns
  • New Leads: Leads added in the selected time period
  • Blocked Leads: Leads who have blocked your account

Message Metrics

  • Messages Sent: Total messages sent across all campaigns
  • Messages Delivered: Successfully delivered messages
  • Response Rate: Percentage of leads who responded
  • Open Rate: Percentage of messages opened (if tracking enabled)

Deal Metrics

  • Total Deals: All deals in your pipeline
  • Active Deals: Deals currently in progress
  • Won Deals: Successfully closed deals
  • Deal Value: Total value of all deals

Charts and Visualizations

Message Performance Chart

Shows message trends over time, including:
  • Messages sent per day/week/month
  • Delivery rates
  • Response rates
  • Trend indicators

Lead Funnel Chart

Visualizes your lead funnel showing:
  • Total leads
  • Leads in campaigns
  • Leads who responded
  • Leads converted to deals

Campaign Performance Chart

Displays performance metrics for your campaigns:
  • Campaign completion rates
  • Messages sent per campaign
  • Response rates by campaign
  • Top performing campaigns

Deal Distribution Chart

Shows deal distribution across pipeline stages:
  • Number of deals per stage
  • Deal values by stage
  • Conversion rates between stages

Lead Source Chart

Breaks down leads by their source:
  • Campaign sources
  • Manual imports
  • Other sources

Organization View

If you’re an admin or owner of an organization, the dashboard can show:
  • My Data: Only your personal metrics and campaigns
  • All Organization Data: Aggregated metrics from all organization members
Use the view mode selector (if available) to switch between personal and organization-wide views.

Refreshing Data

Click the Refresh button to update all dashboard metrics with the latest data. The dashboard automatically refreshes when you switch organizations or when data changes.
Dashboard data is cached for performance. Use the refresh button to get real-time updates.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly:
  • Create New Campaign: Click the “New Campaign” button
  • View Campaigns: Navigate to the Campaigns page
  • View Leads: Navigate to the Leads page
  • View Deals: Navigate to the Deals page

Understanding Metrics

Lead Stats

  • Total Leads: All leads imported or created in your account
  • Active Leads: Leads currently included in active campaigns
  • New Leads: Leads added within the selected time period
  • Blocked Leads: Leads who have blocked your Telegram account

Message Stats

  • Messages Sent: Total count of messages sent through campaigns
  • Messages Delivered: Messages successfully delivered to recipients
  • Response Rate: Percentage of messages that received a response
  • Open Rate: Percentage of messages opened (requires read receipts)

Deal Stats

  • Total Deals: All deals in your pipeline (active, won, and lost)
  • Active Deals: Deals currently in progress (not won or lost)
  • Won Deals: Successfully closed deals
  • Deal Value: Total monetary value of all deals

Time Periods

Dashboard metrics can be filtered by time period:
  • Today: Metrics for the current day
  • Last 7 Days: Metrics for the past week
  • Last 30 Days: Metrics for the past month
  • All Time: All available metrics
Time period filters may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Tips for Using the Dashboard

  1. Regular Monitoring: Check your dashboard regularly to track performance trends
  2. Compare Periods: Use time period filters to compare performance over time
  3. Identify Trends: Look for patterns in message performance and response rates
  4. Focus on Metrics: Pay attention to metrics that matter most to your goals
  5. Take Action: Use insights from the dashboard to optimize your campaigns
